Sunday Sadhana is a Hindu magazine programme that explores Hindu culture in all it's splendor and vibrance.This week features the the historic Vishnu Bhagwan Mandir in Ladysmith that is over 100 years old. Gandhi stayed on the temple premises during his visit to Ladysmith in the early 1900s. We pay homage to Lord Muruga during the auspicious time of Kavady with a music video, Kande Swamiye and play out with a dance.
