Sadhana S6 Ep6

This week on Sadhana - The Inward Path we feature the Deepa Vilaka pooja at the Shree Ayyappa Kshetram in Pretoria. The prayer is to honour the lives of departed loved ones. We visit the Siva Gynay Sabay in Lenasia where a statue of Saint Thiruvalluvar was unveiled - the Saint is the Author of the Holy Thirukkural. This week also sees the start of the Concious Cooking segment on Sadhana with Anuradha Devi Dasi. In this episode she adds an Italian twist to a traditional Butter Paneer dish.
