Sunday Sadhana is a Hindu magazine programme that explores Hindu culture in all it's splendor and vibrance.  We welcome in this Spring season  this week with a fresh line-up by joining the youth of the Brahmakumaris World Spiritual University at an exciting youth retreat held at the Kranskloof Nature Reserve in Durban.  We then travel to the Saiva Sithantha Sungum of Rylands, Cape Town where we take a look at the blossoming activities in place at this organisation and end of with a bhajan from the Karthiegasen Pillay showband.
